1. Think back to when you were younger. Has your view of leadership changed over the years? If so, how has it changed?

2. Who is someone who has modeled healthy leadership in your life? Why do you consider their leadership good?

3. Read John 13:1-5, 12-15 as a group. How did Jesus use his influence in this passage? How might this be different from the worlds views?

4. What part does integrity play in our ability to influence others?

5. No matter what season of life your in God has given you the gift of influence. How might being reminded of this impact your perspective in your day to day activities.
