We are looking for a leader who is passionate about helping students and families grow in their relationship with Jesus through healthy, Gospel-centered ministry.
The Next Generation Pastor provides leadership for CityStudents at Citywalk Church's Yuba City location while partnering closely with our Family Ministries Pastor and CityKids Coordinators to help children, students, and families take their next step with Jesus.
Citywalk Church is a growing, multi-location church committed to walking people into a growing relationship with Jesus. As part of our FOR THE ONE vision, we are intentionally investing in the next generation, church planting, and future ministry growth throughout Yuba-Sutter and beyond.
This is a hands-on pastoral leadership role focused primarily on building a thriving Student Ministry through biblical teaching, discipleship, volunteer development, outreach, and strong relationships with students and families. The role also partners with our Children's Ministry leadership to create a unified discipleship pathway from early childhood through graduation.

Able to recruit, develop, and shepherd volunteer leaders

Committed to reaching the next generation with the Gospel
Compensation: Approximately $60,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
